One of the most memorable places in the Land of the Dead is Rubacava, a port town with the hottest nightlife around. While most known for being where those travelling towards the Ninth Underworld can gain passage on a Nada Mañana cruise liner to cross the Sea of Lament, for many souls Rubacava itself is the destination.
The Calavera Cafe provides sophisticated atmosphere and a terrace with the best views in town; Feline Meadows delivers high-octane cat races; and the Blue Casket is a haven for hepcats and artistic types. Those with the stomach for it can get the bone equivalent of a tattoo at the Scrimshaw Parlor, and an airship service provides passage to the Land of the Living — at least, it does on the Day of the Dead.
